Do you enjoy working across business units to deliver quality work? We are looking for a Project Advisor to join our purpose driven, Financial & Business Performance Group / Whakatutukinga Ahumoni me te Pakihi. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high trust organisation where your work will have a real impact.
He angitūtanga: What will you be doing?
You'll play a key role in connecting teams and enabling informed decision-making through high-quality project and governance support.
- Provide oversight, advice, and reporting on TEC's project portfolio.
- Prepare governance reports and share insights from project meetings.
- Track project benefits and support continuous improvement of project processes.
- Strengthen and support TEC's governance framework.
He kōrero mōu: What will you bring to the role?
- Experience in an EPMO or PMO environment, with a solid understanding of project management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TechOne is a bonus.
- A flexible, collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
