Kaitātari Pakihi: Business Analyst (Intermediate)
We're looking for a versatile Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle juggle multiple priorities and different types of across varied analysis work. Join our Business Analysis team in role that offers exposure to a broad spectrum of work that will expose you to a wide range of analysis work and provide a supportive learning culture to foster environment for your professional growth.
In this role, you'll lead the triage of ServiceNow requests, define requirements for both catalogue items and complex integrations, and provide consultative support during build and configuration. You'll also coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and capture post-deployment feedback to inform future enhancements.
Beyond this day-to-day delivery, In this role, you'll contribute to help to deliver a mix of simple BAU changes, complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives - applying your skills in problem analysis, business process design, detailed requirements analysis.
This is a permanent role strictly based in Wellington.

This role works closely with customers across TEC in a collaborative team environment. The responsibilities of the role are to:
- Triage BAU requests for system changes and support their technical delivery
- Analyse business problems, identify their root causes and determinepotential solutions
- Contribute to feasibility assessments and business cases
- Develop and manage high-quality requirements through the delivery process
- Apply a range of modelling techniques to visualise current and future states
- Analyse process workflows to identify improvement opportunities
